Ingredients
- 3/4 cup crispy walnuts (see recipe)
- 1/4 cup crispy almonds (see recipe)
- 3/4 cup prunes
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp almond essence
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions

Blend all ingredients together in food processor until well combined.

Shape (either roll out & cut into squares or roll into individual bitesize balls) and refrigerate for about 3hrs.
