Ingredients
- 3/4 cups crispy almonds (see recipe)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup arrowroot powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar/rapadura
- /21 tbsp water
- 3/4 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions

Blend almonds to a fine flour like powder.

Add rest of ingredients and mix until well combined.

Divide into walnut size balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 5 mins then remove from oven and press down each ball into a biscuit shape. Return to oven for 10 mins (maybe less) – keep checking as they burn easily on bottom. Remove from oven and cool – will harden as they cool.
