Ingredients
- 3/4 cup crispy almonds (see recipe)
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup arrowroot powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
Directions

Blend the almonds to a fine flour like powder.

Add the rest of the ingredients And blend until a smooth dough.

Roll the dough into walnut sized balls & place on greased baking tray.

Bake on 300 for 5 mins.

Remove from oven & press each ball flat into a biscuit shape.

Return to oven for 10 mins or less – they burn easily.

Remove to a wire cooling rack – they will harden as they cool.
