Ingredients
- 400g minced lamb
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 1 large carrot, diced
- 1/2 swede, diced
- 1 large leek, diced
- 1/2 green cabbage, stems removed & shredded
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 tblsp arrowroot powder
- 1 tblsp dried mint
- salt & pepper
- Any other vegetables you want to add
Directions

Heat fat in a casserole pot on the stove top.

Fry lamb & onion until browned.

Add carrot & swede & cook for 5 mins, adding a little water if it begins to stick.

Add leeks & cabbage & cook for a further 5 mins.

Add mint & a pinch of salt & stir well.

Add stock & cook covered for 15 mins or until vegetables are cooked.

Mix arrowroot with a small amount of water & add to mince to thicken.

Season to taste & add a little water if to dry.
