Roasted Brussel Sprouts Three Ways

Ingredients

  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pecans
  • Rice Pilaf
  • Avocado
  • Lime

Directions

  1. Toss halved sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper, and roast at 400° for about 30 minutes until outsides are crispy

  2. Add another sprinkle of salt when they come out of the oven

  3. Mix in rice pilaf, and/or add avocado and lime
