- Brussel Sprouts
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pecans
- Rice Pilaf
- Avocado
- Lime
Directions

Toss halved sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper, and roast at 400° for about 30 minutes until outsides are crispy

Add another sprinkle of salt when they come out of the oven

Mix in rice pilaf, and/or add avocado and lime
