Ingredients
- kale (1 bunch, torn in bite size pieces)
- 2 T tahini
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 - 1 lemon (juiced)
- 2-3 green onions
- 1/2 bunch herbs (cilantro, parsley)
- water, to thin (as needed)
Directions

Put all ingredients (except kale) in food processor. Blend.

Toss kale in dressing to coat each piece.

hydrate for 4 hours at 100.
