Ingredients
- 1 C almonds (soak for 1 h, then discard water)
- 1 C dates (soak for 1 h, then discard water)
- 1/2 raisins (dry) - optional
- 1/2 C shredded coconut
- 1/2 C sunflower seeds
- 1/2 C buckwheat groats
- 2 T sesame seeds
- 1/3 C ground flax seeds
- 2 T tahini
- 2 T honey/agave
- 2 T coconut oil
- 1 T vanilla
- 1 T cinnamon
Directions

Process almonds and dates in food processor (not totally processed – small chunks)

Transfer almond/date mixture to mixing bowl

Add everything else to mixing bowl and mix with spoon/hands.

Spread bars into two dishes (so not too thick).

Dehydrate at 105 for 8 h. (or not)
