Peach Crumble

Ingredients
- 8 sliced fresh peaches
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 t. nutmeg
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 3 T. butter, cut into slices
- 1/4 cup oats
Directions

Preheat oven to 375

Spray pie plate with non-stick spray. Arrange peaches in the pie pan and sprinkle with lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

In a small bowl combine flour, oats, and brown sugar. Add the butter and crumble with your fingers.

Pour the sugar mixture on top of peaches and bake until peaches are soft and topping is browned.
