Ingredients
- 6 Lundberg® Brown Rice, Lightly Salted Rice Cakes
- 1/3 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions

Place rice cakes on baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly on each rice cake; top with olives, pepper, and mushrooms, and then with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees 10 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
