Ingredients
- 2 C soaked/sprouted buckwheat
- 1 C walnut pieces
- 2/3 C sunflower seeds
- 1/3 C pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 C raisins
- 1/4 C shredded coconut
- 3 T cinnamon
- nutmeg (2 pinches)
- Food processor:
- **2 T coconut oil
- **4 T dates
- **2 small bananas
- **2-4 T water (as needed)
Directions

Blend dates, coconut oil, & bananas together in small food processor.

In bowl, combine buckwheat, walnuts, sunflower seeds, raisins, apple, flax, spices. Mix well. Add the wet mixture and stir.

Spread mixture on lined dehydrator tray. Dry at 115 for 10 hours. Store in fridge for maximum crunch.
