- 1 cup FF cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp Crunchy Basil-Parmesan Pesto or commercial pesto
- Paprika (optional)
- Basil leaves (optional)

Drain cottage cheese in a sieve

Put drained cottage cheese in food processor/blender- should be ~3/4 cup

Layer pesto and cottage cheese in cup with plastic wrap

Refrigerate for 2-8 hours before seving
