Layered Pesto Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup FF cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Crunchy Basil-Parmesan Pesto or commercial pesto
  • Paprika (optional)
  • Basil leaves (optional)

Directions

  1. Drain cottage cheese in a sieve

  2. Put drained cottage cheese in food processor/blender- should be ~3/4 cup

  3. Layer pesto and cottage cheese in cup with plastic wrap

  4. Refrigerate for 2-8 hours before seving
