Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 celery stalk, finely sliced
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp FF greek yogurt
- 2 tsp stoneground mustard
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional
- 8 slices whole wheat bread, or pita, etc
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
Directions

Mash garbanzo beans with fork or potato masher, leaving some chunks

Add celery, green onion, yogurt, mustard and relish

Add salt to taste

Spread on bread and serve with lettuce and tomatoes
