Ingredients
- 3 large sweet onions, peeled (can also include red onions)
- 1 C sunflower seeds
- 1 C ground flax seeds (OR 1/2 C flax and 1 T chia in 1/4 C water)
- 1/2 C olive oil
- 3 T Braggs (optional)
- 3 T water (if needed)
Directions

Put sunflower seeds in food processor. Don’t over process. Ok if some seeds remain whole.

Remove sunflower seeds. Put in mixing bowl with ground flax.

Put onions in food processor. Process till get small pieces (but don’t want it to be mushy).

Add all ingredients to mixing bowl. Mix.

Spread out on one or two dehydrator trays.
