Ingredients
- 1 medium zucchini (shredded)
- 1 large carrot (shredded)
- 2 large onions (shredded)
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1 T Braggs
- 1/2 C water
- 1 C ground flaxseed
- 1 C ground sunflower seeds
Directions

Use food processor to shred veggies.

Mix veggies, olive oil, water, and braggs in a bowl.

Add seeds and mix to combine.

Spread thick layer of mixture evenly on sheets.

Dehydrate 145F for 1 h, then turn temp down to 115F and continue dehydrating for 8 h. Will need to flip it over to mesh screen halfway through.
