Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of plain soy milk
- 3 ice cubes
- cocoa 2 tbsp (or to taste)
- 1 banana
- 1/4-1/2 cup of 0% fat plain Greek yogurt
- splenda or stevia to taste (2 heaping tsp)
- * optional 2 tbsp peanut butter - sounds weird but is delicious & adds more protein
