Ingredients
- 24-28 oz. bag honey gold potatoes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions

Preheat oven.

Wash potatoes.

Boil them for 15 minutes, drain.

Put the rest of ingredients into a serving bowl and stir. Add the potatoes, mix.

Roast at 350 for 40 minutes.

Roast at 425 for 25 minutes.

Stir, turn over half way through cooking time.
