Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 3/4 tblsp coriander seeds
  • 250g yoghurt
  • 450g diced chicken
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 large chilli, chopped
  • bunch fresh coriander, chopped

Directions

  1. Blend garlic, cumin, coriander, chilli with 1 tblsp of yoghurt to make a paste

  2. Fry the chicken & onions until just cooked

  3. Coat with the yoghurt mixture

  4. Add tomatoes

  5. Cook in the oven on low for 45min-1hr

  6. Remove from oven & add the rest of the yoghurt & the fresh corriander

  7. Heat through on the stove
