Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 3/4 tblsp coriander seeds
- 250g yoghurt
- 450g diced chicken
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 large chilli, chopped
- bunch fresh coriander, chopped
Directions

Blend garlic, cumin, coriander, chilli with 1 tblsp of yoghurt to make a paste

Fry the chicken & onions until just cooked

Coat with the yoghurt mixture

Add tomatoes

Cook in the oven on low for 45min-1hr

Remove from oven & add the rest of the yoghurt & the fresh corriander

Heat through on the stove
