Basic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbs. red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbs. minced red onion
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1/2 cup grapeseed oil, or other neutral tasting oil (canola, safflower)
- Makes about 1 cup.
