Ingredients
- 1 red pepper
- Some garlic
- Olive oil
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 chorizo
- rice
- Parsley
- Coriander
- White wine
- Tomato puree
- Cumin powder
- Sundried toms
Directions

Fry 3 skinless chicken breasts and 25g of chorizo in olive oil until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper.

Fry 1 sliced red pepper, 1 crushed garlic clove in some oil.

Stir in v80g of long grain rice along with 200ml of chicken stock, add 1 glass of white wine, 1 tablespoon of tomatoe puree, half a teaspoon of cumin powder and 20g of sliced sundried tomatoes.

Boil then place chicken and chorizo on top with some, salt & pepper, chopped parsely and coriander. cover and simmer gently for 25-35 mins.
