Mixed Greens with Orange,Feta, Walnuts

Serves 5 people
Ingredients
- 10 oz of salad greens
- 2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 3/4 cups walnut halves
- 1/2 sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
- Dressing of your choice
Directions

Place the walnuts in a skillet over medium heat. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until lightly browned.

Mix the salad greens, sliced onion, and orange section together.

Top with roasted walnuts, feta and dressing.
