Mixed Greens with Orange,Feta, Walnuts

Cook time: 5 minutes
Serves 5 people

Ingredients

  • 10 oz of salad greens
  • 2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 3/4 cups walnut halves
  • 1/2 sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • Dressing of your choice

Directions

  1. Place the walnuts in a skillet over medium heat. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until lightly browned.

  2. Mix the salad greens, sliced onion, and orange section together.

  3. Top with roasted walnuts, feta and dressing.
