Banana and Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole fat coconut milk or raw milk
  • 12 oz raw milk yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple, cubed
  • 2 ripe medium banana
  • FOR MORE NUTRITION ADD TWO EGG YOLKS FROM PASTURED CHICKENS. EGGS NEED TO BE SOY-FREE

Directions

  1. Put everything into the blender and blend until smooth. Makes about 6 1/2 cups.
