Banana and Berry Smoothie

- 1 1/2 cups whole fat coconut milk or raw milk
- 12 oz raw milk yogurt
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple, cubed
- 2 ripe medium banana
