Skinny Guacamole

Serves 2 people

Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 Tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Steam the zucchini until tender, about 5 minutes in a pan. Drain.

  2. Mash in a bowl with 1 ripe avocado and rest of the ingredients
