Roasted Green Beans and Peppers

Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 thinly sliced red bell pepper or banana peppers
  • 1/2 vertically sliced onion
  • 1 bunch green beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill separated

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450F

  2. Combine all ingredients on a large baking pan (leaving 1/2 tablespoon of dill for garnish at end); toss gently to coat.

  3. Bake at 450F for 20 minutes or until bell pepper and green beans are tender. Sprinkle with dill.
