Ingredients
- 700g Tomatos, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- salt
- 7 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 120ml cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp cloves
Directions

Simmer everything in a pan for 2hrs.

Stir the mixture often to prevent it sticking/burning.

Allow to cool slightly then remove cloves.

Blend well & store in a jar in the fridge.
