Ingredients
- 4 ripe bannans, peeled & chopped
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 tub yoghurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1.5 cups buckwheat (or other gluten free flour)
Directions

Blend the bananas,butter, egg,yoghurt & vanilla essence together.

Add the flour, baking powder & coconut sugar & blend well to a smooth paste/batter mixture.

Spoon into a greased cake tin.

Bake on gas mark 5 for 1 hour.
