curried chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Curried Chicken Breasts

  2. eheat oven to 375. Put 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound) into an 8-inch square baking dish.

  3. In a small saucepan, combine 4 tablespoons butter, ½ cup honey, ¼ cup Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon curry powder, and ½ teaspoon salt, and cook over medium heat, stirring, until mixture begins to bubble.

  4. Pour over chicken; bake until chicken is cooked through, about 30 minutes.
