Warm Broccoli Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 c mayonnaise
  • 2 T fat-free milk
  • 1 can (14 oz) water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
  • 5 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
  • 8 T grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/2 c frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 c shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayo and milk until smooth. Stir in the artichokes, spinach, 6 T Paremesan cheese, broccoli, garlic, basil, garlic salt, salt and pepper.

  2. Transfer to a 9-in. pie plate coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.
