Blueberry Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup butter or coconut oil
- 6 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1-1/2 tsp liquid stevia or desired sweetener
- 2 cups fresh blueberries

Preheat oven to 350

Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl

In a separate large bowl, add wet ingredients and mix well

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix to combine

Fold blueberries into batter and press the dough into a greased 8×8 pan and bake 30-35 min until golden brown
