Ingredients
- 1.5 cups cream
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 oz chocolate
Directions

Warm cream in a double boiler for 3-4 mins.

Whisk in honey & salt until dissolved

Spoon a bit of the cream onto the egg yolks then pour them into the boiler.

Stir continuously for 2-3 mins.

Stir in chocolate and continue string until it melts & thickens.

Set in ramekins in the fridge.

Serve with whipped cream sweetened with coconut sugar.
