Chocolate Cream Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups cream
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 oz chocolate

Directions

  1. Warm cream in a double boiler for 3-4 mins.

  2. Whisk in honey & salt until dissolved

  3. Spoon a bit of the cream onto the egg yolks then pour them into the boiler.

  4. Stir continuously for 2-3 mins.

  5. Stir in chocolate and continue string until it melts & thickens.

  6. Set in ramekins in the fridge.

  7. Serve with whipped cream sweetened with coconut sugar.
