Ingredients
- zucchini
- olive oil
- garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
- oregano
- grated parmesan (real)
- shredded parmesan or Italian mix cheese (real)
Directions

eheat oven to 375.

Slice zucchini & cut in half.

In a mixing bowl: pour just enough olive oil to cover, then grease a baking dish a little.

Use about 1/2 tsp garlic powder for 3 medium to large zucchini

Pinch of salt

A shake or two of pepper

A few shakes of oregano

Sprinkle on some grated cheese

Bake for 10 minutes, stir, and sprinkle on some of the shredded cheese

Bake for 10 minutes more.
