Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1/2 c onion, chopped
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 6 oz can of tomato paste
- 8 oz of fat free sour cream
- 1 c fat free cottage cheese
- 16oz jack cheese, shredded
- 1 4 oz can mild green chilies, chopped
- 1 can ro-tels undrained
- 1/4 c black olives, chopped
Directions

eheat oven to 350.

Cook beef until browned, set aside.

In the same pan as beef was cooked in, add onion, garlic powder, rotels, tomato paste, and olives. Cook over low heat until onion is cler.

In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese, and chilies.

In a larger bowl, combine meat, the sour cream mixture, and half the cheese and mix slightly.

Pour into 2 1/2 quarter casserole dish.

Cover with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 min.
