Spicy tomato and bean soup

Cook time: 60 minutes

Ingredients
- 400g beans
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 celery chopped
- 1 carlic clove chopped
- 2 tsp dried herbs
- 400g chopped toms/pasata
- 600ml stock
- 1 tsp dried chili
- optional - cucumber
Directions

Fry chopped veg till soft

Add garlic

Cook in stock pot with all other ingredients except beans

Simmer for 25-30 minutes till veg is soft

Blend till smooth (or chunky if preferred)

Add beans and cook in soup till soft
