METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Take a larger piece of ginger. Chop It and squeeze it into a cup of tea (1 teaspoon of squeezed juice)

Pour hot water over the ginger juice and leave it to rest 2-3 minutes

Append the juice of half lemon

Append a teaspoon of honey, mix it and drink it slowly in small gulps
