French Toast in 4 minutes

Serves 1 people

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 11/2 cup cubed challah or Hawaiian bread, slightly stale

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except bread in a mug and mix until fully combined.

  2. Add bread and push it down with a spoon so that the egg mixture coats all of the bread.

  3. Microwave on high for 1 ½-2 minutes.

  4. Top with fruits of choice, powdered sugar, and maple syrup. Don’t share.
