French Toast in 4 minutes

Serves 1 people
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 11/2 cup cubed challah or Hawaiian bread, slightly stale
Directions

Place all ingredients except bread in a mug and mix until fully combined.

Add bread and push it down with a spoon so that the egg mixture coats all of the bread.

Microwave on high for 1 ½-2 minutes.

Top with fruits of choice, powdered sugar, and maple syrup. Don’t share.
