Overnight Bacon Egg Cheese Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2C milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 6-9 slices white bread, cubed
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1C cheddar cheese, grated
  • OPTIONAL: Veggies such as onion, mushroom, sautéed in advance.

Directions

  1. Grease a 9″ × 13″ baking dish.

  2. Mix together the eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard.

  3. Spread the bread cubes in the bottom of the dish, sprinkle over the bacon and cheddar cheese. (Optional sautéed veggies) Pour the egg mixture over the top.

  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, then bake at 350 F for 45 – 60 mins.
