  • LS Chicken Broth
  • Rotisserie Chicken, chicken shredded or cut in pieces
  • Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies Mild or Original
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 1 Jalopeno pepper, without seeds and ribs
  • 1 Poblano pepper, without seeds and ribs
  • 1 Tbs chipotles in adobo sauce
  • Cilantro stems
  • Garnishes:
  • Sliced avocado
  • Tortilla strips
  • Sour Cream
  • Cilantro leaves
