Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • Core ingredients:
  • 1 pkg croissant rolls
  • 6-8 eggs depending on the size of the egg
  • 3/4 C milk
  • Optional ingredients:
  • 2 C shredded cheese
  • 1-2 C cooked meat (your favorite)
  • 1-2 C other (onion/mushroom/spinach/green chilies/peppers/black olives/diced tomatoes...)

Directions

  1. Grease (PAM) a 9×13″ dish and spread the croissant rolls out flat like a pizza. Pinch the perforations together. Layer on the veggies, meat then sprinkle on the cheese. Mix the eggs with the milk and pour it on top.

  2. Cook at 425 for 15-20 mins. Take out of oven when brown. Warms up nicely in microwave.
