Ingredients
- Core ingredients:
- 1 pkg croissant rolls
- 6-8 eggs depending on the size of the egg
- 3/4 C milk
- Optional ingredients:
- 2 C shredded cheese
- 1-2 C cooked meat (your favorite)
- 1-2 C other (onion/mushroom/spinach/green chilies/peppers/black olives/diced tomatoes...)
Directions

Grease (PAM) a 9×13″ dish and spread the croissant rolls out flat like a pizza. Pinch the perforations together. Layer on the veggies, meat then sprinkle on the cheese. Mix the eggs with the milk and pour it on top.

Cook at 425 for 15-20 mins. Take out of oven when brown. Warms up nicely in microwave.
