Corn Bread Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 16 1/2 oz can of whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 16 1/2 oz can of cream corn
  • 1 Stick of butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 8oz container of sour cream

Directions

  1. In a bowl beat two eggs.

  2. Melt butter and add to eggs.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients one at a time.

  4. Put mixture into a 2 ½ quart baking dish.

  5. Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
