Ingredients
- 1 pound grated mixture of veal, beef, pork
- salt and pepper
- 1 slice bread that has been soaked in milk (cream is even better)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons onion, cooked until translucent
- 1 large egg
- breadcrumbs (just enough to hold meatball together)
Directions

Mix all ingredients together (if mixture is too hard, add another egg).

Roll into balls. Grandpa = Make balls bigger than golf balls, smaller than tennis balls. Lynn = Use a tablespoon cookie scoop.

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Place meatballs on a sprayed cookie sheet. Place sheet on top oven rack. Cook meatballs for 10 mins. on each side.

Place meatballs in sauce and cook for 1 hr.
