Chorizo Egg Tostadas w/Avocado salsa

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb chorizo
- 1 tablespoon beef tallow or butter
- 6 EGGS
- 1/2 onion
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- 12 tostadas
- avocado, sliced
Directions

Cook chorizo and onion until lightly brown: Add beef tallow or butter; and add eggs. Stir until eggs are soft cook, remove from burner

Heat the tostadas: top with egg mixture and chopped cilantro and avocado
