Garlic Cilantro Pesto

Ingredients

  • 8 cups coarsely chopped fresh cilantro, 2 bunches
  • 4 medium garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup avocado oil
  • 16 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne

Directions

  1. Mince garlic and mash to a paste with salt. Transfer to a blender and add remaining sauce ingredients, then blend until smooth.
