Pie Crust

makes one 9" pie crust

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups of flour
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 5 to 10 tablespoons of cold water

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients. Cut in cold butter and a mix well into flour. Add water and gather up. Roll out and fit into pie plate.
