Mexican Style Rice

Serves 5 people
Ingredients
- 3-4 T Olive oil or Grape seed oil
- 1 cup rice
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup Guiso Mexicano
- 2 cups chicken or Veggie broth
- 1/2 t. salt
Directions

In a sauce pan, heat the olive oil until it begins to get warm. Add the rice and diced onions. Stir-fry until rice is light brown and onions are translucent.

Add 1 cup of Guiso, and the 2 cups of broth, and salt. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes or until rice is cooked.
