Southwest Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 2-15 oz can of black beans, rinsed & drained
- 3 small roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 2-3 limes
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 t. ground cumin
- salt to taste
Directions

drain and rinse the beans.

Combine diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro, cumin, salt and lime juice. Add to the black beans. Mix well

Refrigerate until use.
