GAPS MeatLoaf

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup crushed pork skins (Epic Brand)
- 1 -1/2 cup tomato sauce or favorite spaghetti sauce
Directions

t oven to 350.

Mix beef, pork, eggs, onion, garlic, parsley, and cheese, tomato sauce, and oats in a large bowl. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix with your hands until combined.

Put in a square loaf pan. Top with extra tomato sauce

Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes to an hour.
