Garlic Cashew Aioli

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 2. Tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 to 1 cup water

Directions

  1. Soak cashews and dehydrate them. combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
