Lemon Chive Cream for Asparagus

Ingredients
- 4 oz CREAM CHEESE
- 1/4 cup plain YOGURT
- 1 tsp minced LEMON ZEST
- 1 Tbs minced CHIVES
- 1/8 tsp CUMIN SEEDS
- Pinch of SUGAR
- SALT to taste
- ASPARAGUS, cooked
Directions

Whisk together the CHEESE, YOGURT, LEMON ZEST and CHIVES. In a dry skillet, heat the CUMIN SEED until lightly toasted, and crush with a mortar and pestle. Add to the creamy mixture, along with SUGAR and SALT, to taste. To serve, place a Tablespoon sauce on cooked ASPARAGUS.
