Raspberry Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh RASPBERRIES
  • 3 Tbs RASPBERRY VINEGAR
  • 1 Tbs HONEY
  • 1 Tbs SOUR CREAM
  • 1 Tbs DIJON MUSTARD
  • 1/3 cup EVOO
  • SALT and PEPPER to taste

Directions

  1. Puree the RASPBERRIES, VINEGAR, HONEY, SOUR CREAM and MUSTARD in a blender or food processor. With the machine running, gradually add the OIL and process until smooth. Season with SALT and PEPPER. If desired, strain the dressing to remove the seeds.
