Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh RASPBERRIES
- 3 Tbs RASPBERRY VINEGAR
- 1 Tbs HONEY
- 1 Tbs SOUR CREAM
- 1 Tbs DIJON MUSTARD
- 1/3 cup EVOO
- SALT and PEPPER to taste
Directions

Puree the RASPBERRIES, VINEGAR, HONEY, SOUR CREAM and MUSTARD in a blender or food processor. With the machine running, gradually add the OIL and process until smooth. Season with SALT and PEPPER. If desired, strain the dressing to remove the seeds.
