Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) olive oil
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) balsamic vinegar
  • 1 small clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake until thoroughly combined.

  2. Makes about 1 cup (500 mL) dressing.
