Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) olive oil
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) balsamic vinegar
- 1 small clove garlic, pressed
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) black pepper
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake until thoroughly combined.
