Yorkshire pudding

Hot and crusty, most Americans call these popovers, but at our house, it’s Yorkshire Pudding. Serve with roast beef and gravy – yum.

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- oil
Directions

Preheat over to 400 degrees F.

Put 1 tsp oil in muffin tin and heat the oil til almost smoking.

While the oil heats, mix the ingredients til smooth.

Fill muffin cups about 1/3 to 1/2 full.

Bake for 30 minutes.
